Job Summary
Senior Lead — SAP Logistics EWM & TM Enterprise S/4HANA Digital Transformation Program Position Title: Senior Lead — SAP Logistics EWM & TM Program: Enterprise Digital Transformation — S/4HANA Implementation Location: Hybrid / Remote Duration: 12–18 months (with extension based on rollout timeline) Reports To: Logistics Solution Architect / Integration Architecture Lead Band/Level: Senior Lead / Principal Consultant

Role Context
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead – SAP Logistics (EWM & TM) to drive enterprise-scale S/4HANA digital transformation initiatives in a global Hi-Tech / manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end Logistics solution design, process transformation, and deployment across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Transportation Management (TM) integrated with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and global supply chain operations. The candidate will play a strategic leadership role across business process harmonization, global template definition, warehouse automation integration, transportation optimization, and large-scale ERP transformation programs involving greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementations.



This role requires solid stakeholder management capabilities working with Business, IT, System Integrators, OKey Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the implementation of sap ewm solutions, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
3. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring successful project delivery.
4. Conduct regular system audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sap ewm implementation or system operation.
6. Stay updated on the latest sap ewm trends and developments to recommend cutting-edge solutions to enhance warehouse management processes.

Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap ewm (extended warehouse management) configuration, customization, and integration with other sap modules.
2. Proficiency in sap ewm functionalities such as inbound and outbound processes, warehouse monitoring, yard management, and slotting.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address system related issues and optimize processes.
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with stakeholders and drive project success.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and guide team members towards project objectives.

Other Requirements
1. SAP Certified Application Associate Extended Warehouse Management with SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
