Job Summary
The Senior Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in understanding client requirements and leading the delivery of tailored technical solutions in ERP Data Management. This position focuses on aligning technical enhancements with client objectives and driving continuous improvement throughout product implementation and support stages, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze And Design Technical Solutions For Erp Product Enhancements Using Tools Like Sap Erp And Oracle Erp, Driving Continuous Improvement During Implementation And Production Support Phases.
2. Coordinate With Technical Teams To Resolve Pending Ricefs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, And Forms) While Serving As The Primary Contact For Addressing Complex Technical Issues In Erp Systems.

Collaborate With Clients And Cross-Functional Teams To Thoroughly Understand Project Requirements And Deliver Seamless Technical Solutions That Meet Or Exceed Expectations.
4. Anchor Team Meetings To Facilitate Effective Communication And Collaboration Within The Technical Consultant Team And Clients, Ensuring All Stakeholders Are Aligned On Project Goals And Deliverables.
5. Mentor And Train Junior Consultants In Erp Data Management Best Practices, Fostering A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing And Continuous Learning Within The Team.

Skill Requirements
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Erp Systems, Specifically In Data Management And Product Enhancements.
2. Robust Understanding Of Technical Solution Design And Implementation Processes.
3. Proficiency In Managing Ricefs In Erp Environments.
4. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Interact With Clients And Cross-Functional Teams.
5. Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members, Promoting Knowledge Sharing.
