Job Summary
The Senior Administrator for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in delivering advanced technical support for O365 environments. Job Description – Engineer (M365 + MS Teams + SharePoint + ODFB + MS Office + Adobe + Power BI)

Role Overview
The Engineer will play a key role in supporting enterprise collaboration tools within Microsoft 365, ensuring optimal performance across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office apps, Adobe integrations, and Power BI services. This role is aligned to deeper operational engineering and continuous improvement of the collaboration stack.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver L2/L3 support for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office applications, and Power BI.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced issues including sync failures, permissions, automation errors, and integration failures.
• Manage configuration updates, service health monitoring, and operational reports.
• Support platform hardening, feature enablement, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with engineering and security teams on platform upgrades and change activities.
• Document operational procedures and assist in optimizing collaboration workflows.
Required Skills
Strong hands‑on proficiency across M365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office, Adobe, and Power BI.
Experience with M365 Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, SharePoint Admin Center, and Power BI Admin tasks.
Understanding of automation, compliance, retention, and identity-related features.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver Advanced Technical Support For O365 Administration By Troubleshooting Complex Incidents And Conducting Root Cause Analysis To Implement Effective Solutions For Technical And Security Issues.
2. Collaborate With Support Teams To Resolve Escalated Tickets Within Agreed SLAs, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Maintaining A Robust Security Posture.
3. Enhance Knowledge Management By Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Providing Training To New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Improve Team Performance.
4. Monitor And Improve Customer Satisfaction Metrics Through First Call Resolution Initiatives, Minimizing Case Reopens And Rejected Resolutions While Addressing Potential Security Threats.
