We are looking for a passionate and experienced Curriculum Manager – STEM & Future Skills to lead the design, development, and enhancement of innovative learning programs for STEMMOZ Labs and STEMMOZ Plus. Develop engaging content for both classroom and digital learning environments.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and product teams to ensure curriculum quality and relevance.
Continuously update learning content to reflect the latest technology trends and industry requirements.
Ensure curriculum aligns with international education standards and learning outcomes.
Support trainer onboarding and curriculum implementation across projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
~5–7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical education.
~ Proven experience designing curriculum and learning content.

~ Robust communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
~ Experience working in the African region will be an added advantage.
