As the Fundraising Manager at Umeed, you'll lead the charge in developing cutting-edge fundraising strategies, nurturing
donor relationships, and driving impactful campaigns to secure vital support for our programs. Developing Fundraising Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive fundraising
Fundraising: corporate partners, foundations, and other funding sources to secure financial support for the organization.
● Grant Writing and Proposal Development: funding applications to secure grants from government agencies, foundations, and other grant-making organizations.
● Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events to engage donors and raise
Financial Oversight: Monitor fundraising performance, track revenue goals,



and analyze fundraising data to inform
strategic decision-making and optimize fundraising efforts.
● Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including program staff and communications
professionals, to align fundraising efforts with organizational objectives and ensure effective communication with donors
Team Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor fundraising team members, providing guidance, support, and
professional development opportunities to maximize their effectiveness and performance.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in NGO or developmentsector Fundraising roles
