Megamet is the largest distributor of sawn timber in India based out of Nariman Point, Mumbai.
This is a full time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Nariman Point,Mumbai . The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing internal and external communications. Daily responsibilities include handling phone calls, preparing and formatting documents, maintaining records and files, and assisting with reports and presentations. The Executive Administrative Assistant will collaborate with various teams to streamline administrative processes and uphold a professional office environment.
Candidates should possess solid Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry,
and record maintenance.
Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proficiency in office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation tools) and basic digital organization tools.
Relevant experience as an administrative or executive assistant, ideally in a corporate or industrial environment, is preferred.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
