- Define and execute the Veeva practice strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Veeva solutions across Veeva Commercial Cloud, Veeva Medical Cloud, and Veeva Development Cloud.
- Act as a strategic advisor for pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences clients, recommending tailored Veeva solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of Veeva consultants, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Veeva representatives, technology partners, and business leaders to stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDA, EMA) and best practices in data integrity, validation, and security.
- Develop standardized methodologies, templates, playbooks, and accelerators for Veeva implementations.
- Leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics to enhance Veeva platform capabilities.

Desired Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences,



Pharma Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, or R&D; with expertise in Veeva solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud, Veeva Medical Cloud, and Veeva Development Cloud.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale implementations, migrations, and integrations with enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, IDMP, GDPR).
- Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for Veeva services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage with CXOs and technical teams.
- Robust leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.
- Knowledge of Cloud, AI/ML applications in Pharma, and Data Analytics is a plus.
- Veeva Certifications (Veeva Vault Administrator, Veeva CRM, Veeva Business Consultant) are highly preferred.
