- Lead the onboarding of current partners and finalize program-related details.
- Manage the complete admissions cycle: fee structure setup, NPF configuration, document verification, and enrolment tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Admissions, CRM, and Academic Affairs to streamline processes.
- Oversee student onboarding activities, orientation planning, and OJT agreement execution.
- Engage with partners through regular updates, orientations, and timely grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, data protection laws, and institutional policies.
- Maintain and update MIS dashboards, perform fee reconciliations, and generate periodic reports for leadership and external partners.
