:

- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Resource US Accounting to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of US GAAP, Sales Tax compliance, and hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Solid leadership and communication skills are essential for guiding a team and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage client accountants handling US-based clients and accounting processes.
- Process day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).




- Review and prepare Sales Tax filings across multiple US states in compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and resolve complex accounting or system issues.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to team members to support performance and development.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables and SLAs are met.
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for management and audit requirements.
- Assist in streamlining and improving accounting systems and processes.
