Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Teach front-end, back-end, and database technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js/Next.js/Nuxt.js, Express, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Practical Skill Development: Conduct lab sessions to enhance students' programming, debugging, and deployment skills.
- Project Mentoring: Guide students through mini and major full stack projects aligned with current industry practices.
- Technology Integration: Update course materials to include emerging technologies like Git, RESTful APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create assignments, coding tests, and project evaluations to assess technical and problem-solving skills.
- Industry Readiness: Train students on version control, SDLC, coding best practices, and portfolio building.
- Collaboration & Guidance: Work with academic faculty and placement teams to align training with academic and job market requirements.
- Continuous Learning & Mentorship: Stay abreast of industry trends and mentor students on technology choices and career paths.
