Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solutioning

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored education solutions.
- Conduct compelling product demos, webinars, and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients.
- Translate client needs into actionable solution frameworks aligned with MSU's offerings.

Proposal Development

- Create detailed technical and financial proposals based on client objectives.
- Customize value propositions that align with the client's skilling and employability goals.

Product & Market Expertise

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MSU's academic products, skill programs, and industry-partnered WISE models.
- Analyze industry and competitor trends to provide strategic inputs for solution positioning.

Collaboration & Feedback





- Act as a liaison between clients and product development teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Provide insights from client interactions to inform product innovation and service improvements.

Marketing Support

- Support the marketing team in crafting sales enablement content like brochures, case studies, and campaign materials.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and outreach events to promote MSU's vision and offerings.

Team Leadership

- Mentor and train junior pre-sales executives and internal sales teams on products and pitch strategies.
- Promote a culture of consultative selling and client-centric solution design.
