- Review and edit promotional and scientific content for spelling, grammar, style, brand consistency, and readability.
- Apply client-specific style guides and brand guidelines meticulously.
- Ensure logical structure, clarity, and accuracy in documents.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, data conflicts, or deviations from regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant content.
- Maintain checklists, documentation standards, and timelines.
- Proactively flag scope changes or quality risks.

What We're Looking For

- Robust command over English (written and verbal).
- Experience as an editor/proofreader—preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical domain.
- Ability to understand complex scientific concepts and communicate them clearly.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences
- OR
- M.A. in English Literature with relevant pharmaceutical editing experience.
