- Consumption reduction and maintaining inventory levels efficiently.
- Ensuring accurate physical stock checks.
- Synchronizing with requester, buyer, and vendor to fulfill additional material requirements.
- Maintaining stock as per safety stock levels.
- Applying for purchase requisitions (PR) and tracking them for approval and sign-off.
- Coordinating with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) for requirements and addressing queries.
- Monitoring goods received against planned orders.
- Obtaining acceptance letters from respective users once materials are received.
- Verifying the physical receipt status of materials.
