Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a QA team of 15+ engineers, fostering excellence and collaboration
- Oversee QA activities for multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Develop asts into CI/CD pipelines using Azure, AWS, Jenkins etc,
- Execute tests in Dockerized environments for efficiency
- Establish quality standards and drive continuous improvement
- Define & monitor quality metrics and provide insights for decision-making
- Ideal Candidate:
- Managing multiple projects
- Agile/Scrum
- Building automation frameworks (Using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress etc)
- CI/CD (Azure, AWS, Jenkins or similar)




- Docker or Kubernetes for test execution
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner
