Desired Profile:





- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile project environments
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and collaboration processes
- Proficient in business process mapping and process optimization
- Skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel, Tableau, and SQL
- Familiar with project and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, rapid-paced setting
- Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities
