Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Mentorship

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in CSE, especially in IoT, AI/ML, software development, and UI/UX.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and skill-based training to strengthen applied knowledge.
- Guide students in internships, live projects, and innovation challenges.

Curriculum & Pedagogy

- Design and regularly update curricula integrating real-world applications of IoT and AI.
- Apply project-based learning, case studies, and blended teaching approaches.
- Develop digital content, e-learning modules, and teaching aids.

Research, Projects & Innovation

- Lead applied research in IoT, AI-driven solutions, and software systems.
- Supervise student research projects and encourage participation in hackathons, conferences, and publications.




- Collaborate with startups and industry partners for consultancy, incubation, and product development.

Industry & Academic Collaboration

- Build and manage partnerships with companies for joint certifications, internships, and curriculum co-design.
- Organize expert talks, bootcamps, and industry-led sessions.
- Contribute to innovation and entrepreneurship cells, and skill development initiatives.

Academic Contribution

- Participate in departmental activities including accreditation and quality assurance.
- Serve on academic committees and contribute to institutional policy and planning.
- Promote a student-centered, inclusive, and innovative learning workplace.
