Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Business GrowthAchieve regional loan disbursement targets.Increase customer acquisition and portfolio size.Identify current business opportunities and markets.2. Branch ManagementSupervise Branch Managers and branch operations.Monitor branch performance and productivity.Ensure smooth functioning of all branches in the region.3. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and develop branch staff.Set targets and review employee performance.Motivate teams to achieve business goals.4. Credit & Risk ManagementEnsure proper credit appraisal and loan approvals.Monitor portfolio quality and delinquency levels.Reduce NPAs (Non-Performing Assets) and overdue accounts.5.
Collection & RecoveryReview collection efficiency regularly.Support branches in recovery of overdue loans.Ensure legal and recovery processes are followed.6. Compliance & AuditEnsure adherence to company policies and regulations.Coordinate with internal and external auditors.Maintain compliance with guidelines from Reserve Bank of India.7.
