Role Overview:As an HR professional with hands-on experience in grievance handling and HR operations, your role will primarily involve hotline-based support for employee concerns, compliance matters, and incident reporting in a real-time environment. This position is based in Chennai and requires immediate availability for joining in February 2026.Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound hotline calls regarding compliance issues, employee grievances, and related incidents.- Carefully record each case, including the concern, affected person, urgency level, and relevant background details.- Log incidents and create tickets in the appropriate case-handling system.- Utilize predefined workflows, decision trees, and standard operating procedures for basic assessment of cases.- Escalate or assign matters to the correct L2/L3 teams based on category and seriousness.- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information and adhere to data privacy requirements.- Provide initial status updates to callers following process guidelines.- Adhere to process controls, call scripts, and compliance rules at all times.Qualifications Required:- Immediate availability to join in February 2026.- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations.- Solid understanding of HR-related workflows and the ability to handle employee grievances in real-time.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong listening ability and skill in taking structured notes during live calls.- Basic knowledge of compliance, incidents, and grievance handling processes.- High attention to detail and accuracy.- Willingness to work in shift-based operations.- Any graduate can apply for this role.
