Role Overview:As a Network & Svcs Operation Senior Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate, rapid, first-time-right activation of telecom services from order receipt to service go-live, minimizing fallout and rework. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of telecom products such as MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, Wireless, along with network fundamentals including IP, VLANs, bandwidth, and routing concepts. Your role will involve working with order management & provisioning systems like Amdocs, Netcracker, and ServiceNow, as well as performing tasks related to activation workflows, Excel/data analysis, KPIs, order cycle time, fallout rate, and rework reduction.
