As a Fund Accounting Regulatory and Product Accounting Analyst at BlackRock, your role will involve conducting portfolio valuations, performance calculations, and analysis for Institutional portfolios using the Aladdin Accounting platform. You will collaborate closely with upstream teams such as Cash reconciliation, Trade operations, Data Integrity Groups, and Portfolio managers to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will support Portfolio Management Group (PMG) and Institutional Client Business group (ICB) in resolving portfolio valuation and performance related queries. Your responsibilities will also include preparing extensive reconciliations with custodian banks and accounting agents to prevent/resolve NAV/Performance discrepancies. Moreover, you will lead the preparation and review of holdings/market value reconciliations using Aladdin Reconciliation Tool, coordinate re-engineering projects, and participate in automation projects to enhance productivity and controls.
