Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and reviewing financial statements for complex fund vehicles including waterfall allocations, coordinating cash management with the accounting team, and preparing or reviewing investor capital call and distribution calculations.Your qualifications for this role should include a CPA recommendation, a B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance, and an MBA or CFA certification would be a plus. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience working at a Private Equity or Private Real Estate firm, with at least 7 total years of related financial experience, which may include public accounting.In this position, you will need to have a working understanding of waterfall allocations, advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and eFront Software, solid management team skills for staff development, and strong relationship building skills with internal business clients. You should also possess robust management skills, including experience managing and collaborating with teams in remote locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
