The services are led by Subject Matter Experts with prior experience in Big4 firms, providing specialized and quality services across different industry sectors.**Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct research on case laws, advance rulings, notifications, circulars, allied laws, etc.- Maintain a detailed litigation tracker including status, due dates, description of matters, case history, etc.- Manage return filing, secretarial filings, and other compliances for large-cap clients with complex transactions, tax positions, high volumes, global ERPs.- Track tax compliance, FEMA compliances, and secretarial compliance due dates for clients and ensure timely filings.- Prepare certifications for foreign remittances.**Qualifications Required:**- Strong accounting skills.- Ability to earn certifications in accounting.- Willingness to learn financial modeling, personal finance, stock market trading, business analytics, and Tally.If you are available for a part-time job/internship starting between 22nd Aug23 and 26th Sep23, have relevant skills and interests, and can commit to a duration of 6 months, you are encouraged to apply for this opportunity at Arclint LLP.
