As an Accounting Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for India-based business operations. Your expertise in Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities:- Manage complete accounting operations including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation- Ensure timely month-end, quarterly, and annual closure of books- Prepare and review financial statements as per applicable Indian accounting standards- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits- Manage tax assessments, notices, and regulatory communications- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and support budgeting & forecasting activities- Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies- Work closely with management and stakeholders for financial insights and decision-makingQualification Required:- Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified (Mandatory)Experience:- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience- Proven experience in handling end-to-end accounting and statutory complianceAdditional Details:Candidates with experience working on India-based accounting will be preferred.
