Role Overview:You will be responsible for network operations and maintenance in an operational role, seeking appropriate guidance to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes. Your main purpose will be to support Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Meeting rooms for customers.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to and handle customer calls for review and management of Teams Direct Routing infrastructure.- Manage Endpoints such as SBC, gateway, and Meeting room endpoints.- Work on reported tickets and maintain SLAs.- Address any issues reported by customers and respond to emails promptly.- Monitor the service, identify issues, and resolve them efficiently.Qualification Required:- Demonstration of problem-solving skills.- Prior experience in providing technical support in rapid-paced, high availability, 24x7 environments.- Knowledge of networks and operating systems.- Good communication skills.- Ability to work well in a team.- Quick learner.
