Your deep expertise in cross-hypervisor migration, Nutanix AOS/AHV performance tuning, and infrastructure modernization will be crucial for the successful transformation.**Responsibilities/Accountabilities:**- **Strategic Architecture & Leadership** - Define the Target State: Architect secure, scalable, and multi-tenant solutions on Nutanix Cloud Platform to replace legacy VMware environments. - Migration Strategy: Develop a comprehensive Migration Factory methodology for assessing, grouping, and migrating thousands of VMs from ESXi to AHV. - Technical Authority: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for all technical issues related to Nutanix implementation and cluster design. - Mentorship: Upskill the existing operations team on Nutanix AHV, Prism, and Flow to enhance the overall Nutanix capability.- **Hands-on Execution (The Builder Role)** - Infrastructure Build: Lead the deployment and configuration of Nutanix clusters on Dell hardware for optimal performance and high availability. - Migration Execution: Oversee and execute complex migrations using Nutanix Move, ensuring smooth transitions and troubleshooting any issues. - Interoperability: Design and implement networking fabric required to connect legacy environments with new target landing zones.- **Customer Engagement** - Solution Defence:
