As the Financial Manager, your role will involve managing the organizations financial stability, liquidity, and relationships with financial institutions. You will be responsible for the following key areas:- **Banking & Relationship Management**: - Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. - Ensure timely renewals, sanctions, disbursements, and compliance with banking covenants. - Handle consortium banking and multiple banking arrangements.- **Fundraising & Loan Management**: - Lead fundraising activities including term loans, working capital, and project financing. - Structure, negotiate, and finalize loan agreements with banks and financial institutions. - Manage refinancing, restructuring, and debt servicing to optimize the cost of capital.- **Strategic Finance & Planning**: - Develop and execute fund planning strategies for growth. - Support in capital structuring, financial modeling, and planning. - Provide inputs for expansion projects and new ventures. - Coordinate with auditors, rating agencies, and regulators.**Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance or a related field with 10 years of relevant experience.- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.- High integrity and ethical conduct.- Strategic and analytical mindset.- Strong communication and relationship management skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
