As a Sales and Business Development professional at Sika, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and market penetration of Building Finishing products such as tile adhesives and grouts through key project customers and leading real estate developers in the Delhi NCR region.- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Building Finishing product portfolio in Delhi NCR- Identify and engage with key real estate developers, architects, consultants, and project contractors- Generate and convert high-value leads from residential, commercial, and infrastructure projectsEnsure product specification and approvals from consultants, architects, and PMC firms- Work closely with the application engineering team to provide technical support during trials, mockups, and site demonstrationsBuild strong relationships with key developer accounts and influencers- Coordinate with channel partners, project applicators, and influencers to drive pull-through sales- Conduct regular reviews with distributors to ensure availability and movement of finishing productsWork closely with internal teams including Technical services and the central TM team- Maintain accurate CRM entries, project funnel data, and monthly business MIS reportsYou should possess a strong understanding of construction chemicals and building finishing solutions, along with experience in dealing with developers, consultants, and site teams.
