Your role as a Senior Executive - Data Analytics at Kohler involves the following responsibilities:- **Data Analysis**: You will be analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will help enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.- **Create Insightful Power BI Dashboards**: You will develop and maintain interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.- **Champion Process Automation**: You will continuously identify and execute automation opportunities to streamline processes using tools like Power Automate, VBA, and Python.- **Collaboration and Communication**: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
