- Supervise daily production activities in the manufacturing unit
- Manage manpower, shift planning, and workflow organization
- Ensure production targets are completed on time
- Monitor product quality and follow GMP/SOP standards
- Maintain production records and reports
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments
- Handle machine breakdown reporting and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure workplace safety and hygiene compliance
- Train and guide production workers/operators
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity

Qualification
