Role Overview
Drive adoption of Cerebo across private hospitals, trauma centers, and healthcare chains through clinician engagement and decision-maker alignment. Focus on clinical value selling, faster closures, and relationship-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hospital Sales & Business Development
Onboard multi-specialty hospitals, trauma centers, and neurology/orthopedic setups
Conduct product demos, clinical presentations, and pilot deployments
Drive conversions through effective value articulation and negotiation
2. Clinical Stakeholder Engagement
Build relationships with ER doctors, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and ICU teams
Position Cerebo on clinical outcomes, faster triage, and cost efficiency
3. Key Account Management
Manage accounts end-to-end, including onboarding, training, and engagement




Drive repeat business and referrals
4. Channel Partner Management
Appoint and manage distributors
Support via training, joint visits, and enablement
5. Sales Execution & Pipeline
Maintain solid pipeline and achieve targets
Track competition and market trends
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with service and clinical teams for deployment and training
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Competencies
Experience in hospital / medical device sales
Ability to sell clinical and commercial value
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent relationship management
