Juspncorp is building a global export business focused on high-quality rice, spices, pulses (dal), fresh vegetables, and other agricultural products. We are looking for a committed co-founder who shares our long-term vision of creating a trusted international export brand.

Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder who is willing to invest ₹50 lakhs for a 15% equity stake and actively participate in building and scaling the business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is reliable about creating a high-growth export company.

Key Responsibilities

* Co-lead the strategic growth of Juspncorp.

* Develop and execute international market expansion plans.





* Build relationships with global buyers, distributors, and importers.

* Identify new export opportunities for rice, spices, pulses, vegetables, and other agricultural products.

* Support fundraising, financial planning, and business operations.

* Oversee compliance with export regulations and quality standards.

* Build and lead a high-performing team.

* Drive revenue growth and long-term business value.

Investment & Equity

* Investment Required: ₹50,00,000

* Equity Offered: 15%
