Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical packaging and tabletting machines.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
- Provide prompt technical support and ensure minimal machine downtime.
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related discipline)
- Experience: 4–5 years in servicing pharmaceutical packaging or tabletting machines.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with packaging and tabletting machines.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance expertise.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North region.
