Job Title: IT Recruiter (US Shift – EST)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end US recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates




- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS
- Submit qualified candidates and follow up on interview processes
- Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback
- Engage with candidates to reduce drop-offs and ensure smooth closures
- Meet weekly submission targets and prepare recruitment reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective stakeholder communication
