Education Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in facilities management, MEP maintenance, and construction/project management.
- Experience managing multiple distributed facilities/sites.
- Proven track record of delivering refurbishment, fit-out, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Experience working with leased commercial properties is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
- Preventive maintenance and asset management.
- Construction and refurbishment project management.
- Vendor and contractor management.
- Budgeting and cost control.
- Safety and statutory compliance.

Language abilities:

- English and working knowledge of Hindi
