As we continue to strengthen our organisation and expand our operations, we are looking for a energetic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
The CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to the Promoters and senior management, providing strategic financial leadership while ensuring financial stability, compliance, and long-term value creation across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and statutory financial statements.
Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and liquidity planning.
Lead internal and external audits while ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Drive capital structure planning, fundraising, banking relationships, and project financing.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.
Monitor cost optimisation, profitability, and overall financial performance.
Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial processes.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.




Qualifications:
8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, corporate finance, or financial le
adership.Prior
experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multi-company organisations will be an added advantage.Stron
g understanding of financial planning, treasury management, financial reporting, taxation, audits, compliance, and ERP systems.Prove
n ability to work closely with senior leadership and support strategic business initiatives.Profe
ssional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are highly preferred.
