Program Implementation Support:

- Program delivery at various colleges, corporates, schools, NGOs and community levels by conducting interactive classroom sessions, storytelling, and audio-visual content presentations for target audiences.

- Conducting CSR session at the time of induction of the employees

- Supporting Corporate Strategy Team scouting speakers for bio diversity hotspot.

- Design the program for expanding the reach to different states , districts of India, special focus on rural areas.

- Implementation of animal welfare projects related to Dogs & Cats and Snakebite mitigation programs through educational awareness initiatives.

- Development of content for awareness of program and course content.

- Research and ways how the other organizations are doing similar types of projects

- Development of collateral materials for creating awareness of programs and adoption books relating to dog & cat programs.

- Support the design of target audience modules for curriculum development.

- Support community engagement activities such as animal health camps,



and visits to shelters/veterinary clinics.

- Attending awareness programs conducted by NGOs

- Maintaining notice board.

- Support required for academic centre relating to education whenever required.

Tracking, Reporting, and Feedback:

- Assist in tracking and reporting the progress of sessions planned versus actual implementation.

- Documentation and record-keeping for programs .

STAKEHOLDER INTERACTION

Coordination and Stakeholder Management:

- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders involved in the Dog & Cat and Snakebite awareness programs.

- Support networking efforts with institutions and communities across Pan India.Exploring more NGOs for tie up at India level for conducting the awareness programs in different parts of the country.

- Liaise with partner NGOs for program conduction and ensuring footfall of target audiences, especially in remote locations.
