Job Purpose
Techno-Functional “PMO + Support” Hybrid Role for BFL EMI Card Transaction Approval System.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Leads the requirements/projects from originating the requirement to its delivery i.e.
• Interact with cross functional business teams to understand business needs and prioritize requirements
• Understand and identify areas of improvement across businesses and participate in solution identification and implementation
• Executed project management functions for technology implementation and upgrades.
• Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation.
• Level-02 support for Production issues and coordinating with Business and 3rd Party System owner.
• Creating Reports using SQL.
• Vendor management.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
• Finalizing the Architecture
• Test case and result review.
• Implementation plan.
• Production issue immediate corrective and preventive actions.
• Team Management
Major Challenges
• Requirement capturing with discussion with Business.




• Handling and communicating with multiple stake holders like Business/QA/Support Team/IT/RISK etc.
• Handling Production issues and coordinating with 3rd Party Vendor.
• Conduct systematic Root Cause Analysis.
• Support to SIT and UAT.
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
Graduation in computers / IT
b) Work Experience
Experience of 3 – 5 years (GB04)
c) Mandatory Skills (tasks may differ basis the below mentioned skill sets)
Must have:
• Should have 3– 5 years of experience as PMO/Business-Architect
• Mut be ready for Production Support activities.
• Well versed with API’s and have basics of SQL.
• Well versed with Software and Defect management cycle.
• Good in Solutioning and documentation. Must have experience in creating Techno-Functional Specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Robust bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation with Team management skills.
