Job Summary
Manage end-to-end certificate lifecycle (issuance, renewal, revocation) • Administer Microsoft PKI (ADCS) and CLM tools (AppViewX, Venafi, Keyfactor) • Handle incident, change, and problem management for certificate services • Support audit requirements including SOX evidence and reporting • Monitor certificate expirations and ensure proactive renewals • Coordinate with OEM vendors and internal stakeholders • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge documentation • Drive automation improvements within existing tools





Key Responsibilities
The Cybersecurity Certification Management L3 resource will operate as a subject matter expert responsible for managing PKI and certificate lifecycle management within a managed services workplace.

Skill Requirements
Strong expertise in Microsoft PKI (ADCS) • Experience with AppViewX / Venafi / Keyfactor • Knowledge of SSL/TLS and certificate chains • Experience with ITSM tools and SLA environments

Other Requirements
8–12 years overall experience with 3–5 years in PKI/Certificate management
