JOB REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS:
• 5-7 years of experience in manual testing and test management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid knowledge of BDD (Gherkin) test design
• Good understanding of test design, STLC and defect lifecycle
• Familiarity with the Test Pyramid and its application in test strategy
• Experience with Polarion and TFS / Azure DevOps
• Strong business communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY:
• Defining and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Applying test design techniques (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables) to ensure effective test coverage
• Designing and maintaining BDD test scenarios using Gherkin
• Performing functional, integration, and regression testing
• Managing test execution, results tracking, and reporting to customers/stakeholders
• Coordinating test activities with development and cross-functional teams




• Maintaining test documentation using tools like Confluence
• Tracking, analyzing, and supporting resolution of defects
• Providing 3rd level support for production issues
• Participating in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) ceremonies and processes
