Job Summary
The Accounts P/R Lead will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate transaction recording, timely payments and collections, and proper reconciliation. Leads a team while handling complex tasks, maintaining compliance, and supporting financial reporting.

Accountabilities:
The Accounts P/R Lead is responsible for the following:
• Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable/receivable transactions.
• Pays vendor invoices and receives and posts customer payments on a timely basis.
• Maintains and reconciles accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports.
• Prepares analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud.
• Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
• May prepare and deliver low-volume customer billing and respond to resulting queries.
• Functions as a working supervisor / team lead of a business support team; spends a portion of time performing the work supervised.
• Responsible for results of the team.
• Works within established precedents and practices.
• Performs a variety of the most complex tasks.
• Analyses information to solve on-going problems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any related accounting course.




• Has prior relevant training or related work experience.
• Has working knowledge and skills.
• Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Positive English communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
