Responsibilities
• Design, implement, configure and integrate the solution into the customer environment.
• Technical lead of the projects
• Elaborate technical documentation for the projects
• Handling of complex and difficult service faults
• Fault clearance or forwarding to specialty departments
• Interface to specialty departments of support areas at vendor
• Design of technical solutions for fault clearance
• Cooperation with manufacturers
• Execute trainings, including creation of the required documents
• Documentation of provided services.
Requirements
Technical proficiency in the technologies implied in the projects to be delivered Mitel/Unify portfolio expertise IT advanced knowledge
Additional Skills (Advantageous)
Customer orientation
Analytical skills.
