Job Summary
Closes the mapping gaps in middleware and network identified during RFI clarifications. Underpins prioritisation quality, change-management governance, and evidence-pack accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile asset data across CMDB, vulnerability scanners and technical referentials.
• Identify and close mapping gaps in middleware and network scope.
• Maintain asset-to-application linkage that drives prioritisation tier (Tier 1 / 2 / 3).
• Support change-management governance linked to patching: pre-change asset verification,



post-change record updates.
• Own evidence-pack data integrity for audit and regulator-facing reporting.
• Build and operate data-quality dashboards; measure and report on gap closure.

Skill Requirements
• Solid CMDB experience (ServiceNow CMDB preferred).
• Data wrangling with SQL and Python / Pandas.
• Familiarity with vulnerability-scanner data models (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7).
• Reconciliation methodology and confidence-scoring.

Other Requirements
• ITIL Configuration Management certification.
• BI tooling exposure (Power BI, Tableau).
• ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications.
