Position Overview
Position: Club Manager, City Name. Business: Property and Asset Management, City Name.

What this job involves
You will be BRIGHTSTONE’s front liner at the site for anticipating guest needs and resolving all customer related concerns. Your role is to ensure that customer service is maintained as per the standards set by us. Your day to day activities will involve:
• You will be fully responsible for the upkeep maintenance of the entire podium level which consists of horticulture and the greenery area.
• All amenities should be handled efficiently by the club manager.
• Indoor and outdoor amenities at podium level should be maintained, upkeep and operate efficiently.
• Gym equipment upkeep, rules regulations to be maintained on daily basis.
• Swimming Pool and swimming pool plant room to be maintained under supervision of club manager.
• Swimming pool rules and regulations to be followed strictly.
• Rules and regulations for indoor and outdoor amenities to be followed in co-ordination with BR management & resident committee.
• Banquet, Party areas, Mini Theatre, AV Room operations to be followed properly and strictly.
• In case of any damage to property, the penalty should be levied and revenue should be tracked on weekly basis.
• Ensure that no misbehavior or malicious practices at podium level.




• Club manager will be in charge of the entire clubhouse team and their grooming and etiquette of hospitality.
• Stringent decisions sometimes to be taken in the welfare of the residents.
• Extra-curricular activities such as occasional festival, get together to be organized for interaction with residents.

Meticulous and Being Analytical. You must pay attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You would also use logic and reasoning to identify the alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

Qualifications
1. You will have a relevant education background in hospitality studies would be preferred, with min 2-3 years of work experience OR 4-5 years of experience in client facing roles.
2. Good Communication skills with speech clarity, fluency in English language will be important.
3. Willingness to work in flexible shifts, weekends and holidays as per requirement will be a must.
4. Basic understanding of operating computers and mobile application and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
