Job Description

Reporting & Analytics Development:

- Design, develop, andmaintainIBM Cognos reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical solutions.
- Build reporting solutionsleveragingManhattan Active WM and Manhattan SCI datasets.
- Develop operational, inventory, labor management, receiving, replenishment, shipping, and productivity reports.
- Create reusable reporting frameworks and data models to support enterprise reporting standards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.

Manhattan WMS Functional Partnership:
- Collaborate with business users, warehouse operations, and supply chain stakeholders toidentifyreporting opportunities.
- Support Manhattan Active WM implementations, rollouts, and post-production enhancements.




- Analyze warehouse processes and recommend reporting improvements that drive operational excellence.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams tovalidatedata accuracy and business logic.

Performance & Optimization:
- OptimizeCognos report performance, query efficiency, and data retrieval processes.
- Troubleshoot production reporting issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ensure reporting solutions meet SLAs for availability, reliability, and performance.
- Identifyand implement continuous improvements to reporting architecture.

Data Governance & Quality:
- Validate reporting accuracy across inventory, labor, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
- Develop data quality monitoring processes and reporting controls.
- Ensure compliance with audit and SOX reporting requirements where applicable.
- Create andmaintaintechnical documentation, report specifications, and support procedures.

Leadership & Mentorship:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Manhattan reporting capabilities and Cognos development.
- Mentor junior developers and analysts.
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, andbest-practiceinitiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting strategy and roadmap.
