About The Job:

- Builds, migrates and productionizes the platform: implements capabilities, develops RAG and ingestion pipelines, builds the ImageRight integration strategy, and the feedback-loop, logging and audit features.

Essential Job Functions:

- Implement VIRA capabilities in Casey: claim summarization, timeline generation, coverage support with citations, correspondence drafting, document comparison/QA and prompt-driven reporting.
- Develop and tune Custom RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, grounding, evaluation) on Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Search.
- Build scalable document-ingestion pipelines and ImageRight for real-time document access/querying.
- Implement the feedback-loop (capture, tracking, learning), robust logging and audit-ready activity tracking (e.g., App Insights).
- Configure persona-based prompt templates and the prompt library; support build, internal testing and deployment within Azure AI Foundry.
