Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Services (Domestic Market) Experience: 5+ Years
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience in selling IT services within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and driving revenue growth for software development, cloud, AI, digital transformation, and staffing services.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project handover.
Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
~5+ years of proven experience in IT services sales within the domestic market.
~ Strong understanding of software development, cloud, AI, digital transformation, Cybersecurity, IoT/Automation.
~ Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
