Location- Pune (Talegaon)
Work Mode: 5 days- WFO

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete monthly payroll processing and ensure 100% accuracy
Validate attendance, leave, variable pay, reimbursements, and F&F; settlements
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, TDS, and labour laws
Operate and maintain payroll systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, ZingHR) and support automation
Prepare payroll MIS, statutory reports, variance analysis, and audit documentation
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Auditors for seamless payroll operations
Address employee payroll and taxation queries professionally and promptly
Involve in Internal and External Audit
Vendor Contract Management
Involvement in Medical Insurance for employees
Support the design, administration,



and execution of employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Manage PMS, annual compensation processes, including salary revisions, bonus payouts, incentive calculations, and benchmarking activities.
Oversee employee benefits administration, including medical insurance, gratuity, leave encashment, and other welfare initiatives.
Analyse compensation data, prepare C&B; reports, and provide insights to support salary structures, budgeting, and retention strategies.

Skills & Qualifications
Solid expertise in SAP, SuccessFactors, and ZingHR payroll modules
Deep knowledge of Indian statutory compliance and payroll laws
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Excellent accuracy, confidentiality, and stakeholder management
