Job Purpose

To learn sewing operations and develop the skills required to produce garments according to quality, safety, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend all induction and sewing skill training sessions.
- Learn garment construction and different sewing operations.
- Operate sewing machines under the guidance of the trainer or supervisor.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Produce garments as per quality standards and production targets.
- Handle fabrics and garments carefully to avoid damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S at the workstation.
- Follow all safety rules and wear the required PPE.
- Report machine issues, defects, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Work as a team member and support line activities when required.

Qualification
- Minimum 8th Pass / SSLC / HSC (or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome.
