Responsibilities:

- Digital transformation of existing credit processes to address rising costs, new customer preferences
- Work closely with the Product, Technology and Business teams to devise the best and most creative solutions for solving our customer's needs.
- Monitoring performance of Solutions
- Better TAT

1. Process Management

- Ensure uniform process
- Analyzing various processes and recommending process changes to initiate cost savings ,optimize resources and enhance operational efficiency
- Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
- Random Process Audits

1. Efficiency & Productivity Improvement.

- Increase Productivity through internal process reviews
- Technology intervention.
- Efficiency Building through best practices in the market.
- Productivity Tracking

1. Optimise Cost
- Contracts negotiations
- Resource Rationalization
- Automation

Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent
