Job Summary
Owns end‑to‑end delivery governance for the ITOM and Service Mapping project, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria defined in the SOW are met
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the ITOM implementation project plan and execution roadmap
• Coordinate project activities across Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping phases
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate stakeholder participation, workshops, training, and UAT activities
• Ensure delivery aligns with agreed timelines and acceptance criteria
• Manage communication and reporting for project progress
Skill Requirements
• Experience managing ServiceNow ITOM implementation projects
• Solid project planning, coordination, and governance skills
• Ability to manage cross‑functional technical and process teams
